Registration fees

All registrations include a digital version of the conference proceedings, free entry to the social event on Tuesday night, a fully catered cruise in the Sydney harbour on Wednesday night, and all lunches and coffee breaks.

Cancellation

All cancellation requests need to be made via email to ipin2012@unsw.edu.au on or before the 31st October 2012. Cancellation requests made by that date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees (less a 50 AUD administrative fee). Requests for refunds after the cancellation cut–off date will not be granted.

Visa

All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa before boarding their plane regardless of the length of stay.

Depending on your passport country, applications can take between 2 and 8 weeks to process, so we advise you to start early.

Visa request letters can be obtained once you have paid the registration fee. Please contact us at ipin2012@unsw.edu.au to request the letter.
