Author's Guide on Presentations
Each oral presentation is allotted 20 minutes.
- Authors are advised to prepare a 15-min presentation (including Session Chair’s introduction), allowing 5 minutes for questions and 1 to 2 minutes for transitioning to the next presenter.
- There will be a timer for your presentation, and you will be notified for the last 3 minutes. Please strictly adhere to the conference program for your schedule.
- While presenting using your own laptop is supported, it is suggested to use the public laptop at the conference to ensure a smooth transition to the next presenters.
- Format: PowerPoint or PDF, please make sure all fonts and visuals are embedded in your presentation files
- Bring your presentation file on a USB drive and load the presentation onto the conference laptop during the briefing session.
- The presenter is required to attend the briefing session on the day of your presentation in a briefing room. The location and the time of the briefing session is indicated in the program.
- Please bring a one-page A4 short biography to the briefing session. The Session Chair will collect the bio and introduce you before your presentation based on the bio you provided on the day of presentation.
