• Up to 15 minutes oral presentation.
• A projector will be available.
• Documents must be in PDF.
• 5 minutes questions.

TOTAL: 20 MINUTES. No extra time is allowed.
The longer the presentation, the shorter the questions time.

• Up to 12’30” video presentation.
• Video must be sent to ipin2021@uoc.edu before 15th November 2021 (AoE). (Videos can be sent via WeTransfer or any other platform).
• Format: MP4.
• File size: The recommendation is 250 MB, maximum.
• Dimensions: Minimum height of 720.
• Aspect ratio: 16:9.
• File name: RP<paperID>_<presenterAuthorNameAndSurname>.mp4
• Example: RP001_JoachimTowers.mp4
• During the session, authors must be connected to the session, and be available for a 5 minutes synchronous questions from the audience, after the video streaming.
