Preparing your camera-ready Regular Paper

Regular papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format. They must be written in English according to the IEEE submission template and formatting guidelines, must include author names and affiliations on the front page. The camera-ready version of the paper may be up to 8 pages long (pages exceeding 6 will be charged additional fees).

Accepted papers must fully comply with the IEEE conference format for the final camera-ready submission. To ensure compliance, PDF manuscripts must pass the check against IEEE PDF eXpress. Papers that fail the check or exceed the page limit may be rejected without further review.

Important: YOU MUST check your PDF for conformance with IEEE format before uploading. In order to do that, first login to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: HERE .

  • First-time users should enter 66788X as the Conference ID and fill in the required info.
  • Previous users should just login using their credentials and verify that their contact info is up to date.
  • Please proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision. Then, submit it to the IEEE PDF eXpress site to generate the PDF with the check mark.
  • Once you have completed all the steps above, please submit the PDF generated by IEEE PDF eXpress, i.e., the PDF after passing all the checks at the SOFTCONF platform: final submission page .

Papers that fail the check, do not include IEEE PDF eXpress check mark or exceed the page limit may be rejected without further review. Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility.

Here is a checklist for submitting your camera-ready Regular Paper manuscript:

Note: We will send the copyright form instructions after the deadline to submit the camera-ready version.

Preparing your camera-ready for the Workshop for Computing & Advanced Localization (WCAL) paper

Workshop (WCAL) papers are limited to 5 to 9 single-column and they must be submitted electronically in PDF format. Due to their nature, WCAL papers cannot exceed 9 pages. They must be written in English according to the CEUR-WS submission template and formatting guidelines, must include author names and affiliations on the front page.

Accepted papers must fully comply with the CEUR-WS conference format for the final camera-ready submission. To ensure compliance, please use the LaTeX template and avoid the Word/Libre Office templates. Word/Libre Office templates may not match the style, fonts and other formating elements. Papers that fail the check or exceed the page limit may be rejected without further review.

Complete the copyright transfer form, print it, physically sign it with a pen, and scan it. Please, include "Lucie Klus, Guohao Zhang" as editors and "IPIN-WCAL 2025: Workshop for Computing & Advanced Localization at the Fifteenth International Conference on Indoor Positioning and Indoor Navigation, September 15--18, 2025, Tampere, Finland" as name and year of the event. This information is prefilled in the copyright documents, do not alter it. Note that, there are two different variants for the copyright:

    • AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (NTP): Authors shall use this form IF they INCLUDE NO COPYRIGHTED third party MATERIAL in their paper text (or accompanying sources, datasets). This is the right variant in most cases.
    • AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (TP): Authors shall use this form IF they DID INCLUDE COPYRIGHTED third party MATERIAL in their paper or accompanying material. They MUST then also ATTACH a copy of the PERMISSION by the third party to use this material in the signed author agreement!
Note: CEUR only accepts signed author agreements that were originally physically signed with an ink pen on paper

Once you have completed all the steps above, please submit the PDF at the SOFTCONF platform: WCAL final submission page .
